Visualize The Best You!
One of my favorite things during the Team Challenge besides watching the amazing weight loss success of our clients, is the camaraderie that begins to happen as the weeks unfold. Take a group of really neat people, with the same common goal, throw in a little competition and watch the friendships begin to form!
As serious as weight loss is, fun is still in the air each Tuesday during the Team Challenge. 126 pounds were lost on week # 7 of the challenge! I think the Olympic record is in our reach!
The big winner of the day was found in our noon group. Team 'Bad Jeans' has been working for a win and picked a good week to do it! With a weight loss % of 2.78, Mandy and Scott are having trees and shrubs delivered and planted at their homes this week! Thanks to team 'Fit Happens 2.0', who donated so generously!
At 6, team 'Sexy 60's' walked away with the jackets with a 1.59% of weight loss for the week. Ginny Ann and Twyla, lived up to their team name this week! You gals look great!
A fun little sideline contest was thrown out this week from team 'Boys to Thin' and 'Finish Line.' They offered up a $100 reward for the "girl team" that had the greatest % of weight loss next week! Wow...what fun. I'm excited to see who takes this one! Thanks guys...your support makes a difference!

Our focus for the week was visualization! As we have watched Olympians practice this all week long, we were inspired to do the same.
YOUR CHALLENGE FOR THE WEEK: Visualize! See yourself at goal, see yourself one step closer to goal, see the process of reaching your goal. What the mind sees, it accomplishes.
