We're almost to the Summit!


When the going gets tough...you know the old saying, the tough get going! And that's exactly what's happening at The Healthy Weigh as we approach the final week of this BEYOND THE LIMITS Team Challenge! The line between quitting and success is very fine and we're learning that the really great accomplishments in life, happen AFTER a person feels like quitting...but hangs on and keeps on climbing!

We lost another 183 pounds this week and that puts us in a great place to break the all time record of any Team Challenge! This group has truly gone BEYOND THE LIMITS and we'll have a lot of celebrating to do next week at the Finale!

We had some familiar teams take the wins for the week this Tuesday. At Noon, Gary and Josh with team 'Weight Loss Warriors' had a great week with a 1.93 % of weight loss! At 6:00
,team 'Ain't No Mountain High Enough' won again with a 3.21% for the week! Jackie and Jim are pushing hard to be the first to the summit!

We celebrated ANOTHER one of our clients great milestones Tuesday. Tracey with team 'Thin to Win' arrived at her 100 pound weight loss mark! Congratulations Tracey, We're so happy for you!

Your Final Challenge for this Team Challenge:
Lose 2 pounds this week! Everyone who loses two pounds or more will be entered into a drawing for a FREE Spring Team Challenge! $300 value!!

We've got exciting times ahead at The Healthy Weigh as we complete this Winter Team Challenge and we move into our Spring Challenge! Tuesday night at 6:00, we will be celebrating the great success we've had in the last 10 weeks and then we'll begin the prep for our CAMP OUT!

Tuesday, March 20th GRAND FINALE 6:00PM!

Thursday, March 22nd Stabilization Class 6:00 ~ 7:30PM (for all clients at or near goal weight) or you who are curious!

Tuesday, March 27th 30 minute infomercials at 11:00 and 7:00
Cooking Classes with Nancy at Noon and 6:00

Tuesday, April 3rd 30 minute infomercials at 11:00 and 7:00
'A Camp Out can be life changing' with Letha and Glenda Noon and 6:00

Tuesday, April 10th 30 minute infomercials at 11:00 and 7:00
Program Introduction Class (for all who are participating in
the Spring Team Challenge) at Noon and 6:00

Tuesday, April 17th Kick Off to the 'CAMP OUT' Spring Team Challenge Noon and 6:00

We've got an outstanding line up ahead for people who are interested in living their best lives, losing weight permanently and actually having fun while they do that!

Here's to the final week of this Mt. Climb. I'm looking forward to planting the flag on the summit with you next week!
