Termination...recovered or recovering?

We spent time Thursday talking about the very last stage of change, TERMINATION.  Some experts don't consider termination as one of the stages, believing that change is ongoing. Others believe that you can terminate from the cycle of change permanently without temptations. Termination can be defined as being FREE from a long-standing problem. There are two camps on this issue, I tend to think that both are right.

I've known people that have terminated from issues in their lives and completely changed their self-images. I've also walked along side many more, that live a life thriving in the active and maintenance stages of change, never terminating.

We focused on our thought life as we prepare to close out this team challenge. I encouraged our self-changers to think about what they're thinking about! Transformed thinking is the key to a transformed life! If you are willing to change your thinking, you will change your feelings. If you change your feelings you will change your actions... and changing your actions based on great thinking will change your life!
