As we enter into week 10 of this fall challenge, it was important to talk about what it really means to persist without exception. I encouraged everyone by reminding them that most people quit when exhaustion, distractions, stress, or in our case, the holidays… sets in, but we are not “most people.” Instead of looking at your progress so far…how about looking ahead to your potential! What if you saw exhaustion, distractions or stress as a precursor to victory? A precursor to the accomplishment you’ll feel in 2015 at your goal weight wearing ORANGE!!
And right out of
the travelers gift, from our last challenge;
“How long must a child try to walk before he
actually does so? Do I not have more strength than a child? More understanding?
More desire? How long must I work to succeed before I actually do so?”
A child would never ask the question, for the
answer does not matter. By persisting without exception, my outcome … my success is assured.I will persist without exception, I focus on results.
The key to
changing, to reaching your goal, to following through…is to be ALL IN!
Which brought me to the announcement of the Winter Team Challenge starting in January!
"GOING ALL IN ~ ONE DECISION CAN CHANGE YOUR WHOLE LIFE!"
Some might look at that statement and say "really, one decision can change your whole life??" I believe that...and if I didn't, I'd be doing something different for a living!
What area of life does our health and weight not affect? I am convinced that when a person takes care of them selves body, soul and spirit...they can change EVERYTHING about their life! That's why we're "Going All In" Winter of 2015! I'm excited!
I committed to writing everyone who enrolls in the Winter Team Challenge THIS WEEK an email a day from December 19th through to the start of the Team Challenge on January 15th!
