We talked about motivation this week! Motivation is in the doing and I brought some props to show just what it looks like to "do" motivation!
The fours things we talked about this week are not only keys to losing weight and keeping it off, but
powerful tools when it comes to changing your belief systems in any area of your life. Once you identify a faulty belief system
that’s not getting you what you want…the tools I shared this week help change those beliefs! We talked about 4 things...
Motivation
Goals and rewards
Positive thinking
Mental conditioning
My year at a glance calendar, inspiration photo board with goals, 3 X 5 cars with positive affirmations and my simple collage made from magazines...were the visualizes that I think were needed to help show just what it looks like to "do" motivation!
The work that it takes to lose weight, keep it off and live a healthy life, has little to do with our nutritional plan and much to do with motivation! I challenged my Healthy Weigh friends to spend more time changing their thinking and less time thinking about the diet!
Keeping weight off has much more to do with what's eating you, than what you're eating!
I reminded our teams that they have the ability to
change their future today by changing how they think.
Changing how you think has EVERYTHING to do with losing weight and keeping it off! You can change your relationship with food and
keep your weight off for life! You can!
You don’t have to allow
the programming of your past to control your present or your future.

Your Challenge for the week:

- Download week # 3 "Whats In Your Back Pack ~ Controlling What You Can and do the homework provided.
This week ask yourself…What’s it going to take for me to change my
thinking??? Not what’s it going to take
to stay on my diet…because
if you change your thinking,
you’ll stay on your diet.
Here's to "doing" motivation...
Always encouraging you,
Letha
