What If?


Saddle up your horses...because we are surely blazing a new trail!
Week two of the Team Challenge started out with a bang! Between our three groups, 797.5 pounds were lost! We are well on our way to setting a new record for the most weight loss at any Team Challenge!

Our Noon time group showed up in a powerful way! Not only did they have the winning team of the day, but they had the most weight loss too. 283.9 pounds were lost by that excited group of men and women! Team 'Losers are the New Winners' took the win for the day with a 6.79% of weight loss! Congratulations Karen and Cindy, what a week you had! With the win for the day, this team took the prize too. Glenda donated our first team prize of the challenge, $100 cash! Thank you Glenda for your generous sponsorship! We feel the love!

The five O'clock hour was exciting too! Those teams shed 241.3 pounds to add to the amazing total of the day! Team 'Vantucky Strikes Back' took the win with a 4.23% of weight loss! Scott and Leslie were excited when they rode off with the 'Saddle up Your Horses' immunity idol! This Team Challenge is all about blazing a new trail and the 6 stick horses are going to remind us of that each week when they are presented to the winning teams of the day!

When the 6:30 group arrived, our energy was over the top! We had fun as we celebrated 272.3 more pounds dropped! Team 'Double D's' won with a slim margin! Deanna and Diane lost 4.66% of weight for the week! Congratulations you two! I know you'll be showing off your immunity horses this week!

A lot of celebrating went on yesterday, but some of the highlights for me were throwing confetti on Wendy W. from our noon time group as she met her 200 pound weight loss mark! Wendy, you inspire all of us to stay on the trail! Congratulations! Having clients read" Dear Future Me" letters was powerful too. I believe those letters will inspire us to greater things than we've ever done at any Team Challenge!

Our theme for the week was 'What if?', a question to ask ourselves this week to change the way we think! When you ask yourself that question your brain is no longer looking for reasons it can't, it's looking for ways that you can! What if?

I gifted every Team Challenge client my CD series so that I could 'get in their heads' for the next weeks to come! This journey is all abut changing thinking...and this series will support just that!

Super awesome weigh in! And yes, I forgot to mention that Wendy W. is HIGHLY motivating. Wow. 200 pounds!!!!!! As Darcy said, that really is two Backstreet Boys!!!! Way to go, Wendy. You're incredible.
