You Will Go In The Direction You Are Looking!

The ROAD TRIP continues...this week on a motorcycle! With so many cycle riders in our Team Challenge, I thought it was important to learn a little bit about riding a hog! Sure enough, when I began to research motorcycle riding, I discovered a truth that I can't get away from...the most critical aspect of riding a cycle, is LOOKING AHEAD! You will ride, where you look! How many times have we heard that?...and how many areas of our life does that pertain to? Wow, it's kind of exciting to know that we keep running into the same truths...YOU WILL GO IN THE DIRECTION YOU ARE LOOKING!

At Noon team 'Pretty Little Losers' took the win with a 1.81 % of weight loss for the week. Sisters, Annie and Rianne, were pretty excited to take home the gas cans and the beautiful set of Rubbermaid! Congratulations you two. I'm so excited to watch your progress!

Our Six O'clock group heated up the place with some great weight loss for the week. Team 'Vanishing Buns' were surprised when their name was called for the win of the day! Scott and Gina won with a 1.85 % of weight loss. Thanks to our Sponsor for the week, Karen and Cindy from the old "Losers are the new Winners," both teams took home the prize!

We talked a bit Tuesday about the difference between unbelief and doubt.Unbelief says that you are rejecting the truth and you just don't buy it! Doubt says, I haven't seen enough, I'm scared, but I'm going to keep moving forward any way. That's FAITH! Doing the things you know to do, even when it's hard to see the outcome! When you're out for the adventure of changing your life, doubt will set in, but choosing to think rightly, taking action to keep motivation high and focusing on the things you can control will banish doubt and grow huge FAITH!

With 711 pounds left to lose in this Team Challenge to break all records, this group of people are going to have to rise up with all kinds of faith, follow the program intensely, and keep moving down the road!

YOUR CHALLENGE FOR THE WEEK:
Listen to lesson # 3 on the CD's, "What's in Your Back Pack~Controlling what you Can", do the homework, and bring it back next week!

Speaking of next week, I'm excited to announce that my Son, Bennett will be coming to offer a word of encouragement and motivation to you in my absence. He and Glenda have some fun things planned for you...you won't want to miss!

Journey on my friends, stay strong and banish doubt this week by doing the things you know to do...and keep looking ahead!

Always encouraging you,
Letha
