ROAD TRIP!

We unveiled our Spring Team Challenge theme yesterday in our new space as 70 teams weighed in to begin a 10 week journey. "ROAD TRIP!" Who doesn't love to go on a road trip? We're leaving yesterday behind, setting our GPS for a new destination, and hittin' the road!

At Noon and Six our teams showed up in style for their before pictures and their first weigh in! It was great to see our returning clients and exciting to meet all our new ones! I challenged our Team Challenge veterans to not only look for the unexpected on this road trip but to support and encouraged our new travelers as well. To our first time participants, I challenged them to fully engage in this amazing program! "All in," that's what I heard them say!!

I was excited to announce our first ever International Competition! We will be competing with our friends up North in Canada! Glenda's family, 'Team Canada...Northern Lites,' are on this Road Trip with us! At the end of this 10 weeks, the country with the greatest % of weight loss will be put in a drawing for $100 visa gift card! They have joined us on face book too! This is going to be fun!!!

Each week of this Road Trip I will be challenging our participants with an exercise to help make permanent changes! As this Road Trip begins...there's only one thing to do.

Speaking of drawings...Wow, we awarded an amazing prize last night! We challenged our clients to lose 4 pounds in between the last Team Challenge and this one. Every client who did that was entered into a drawing with the prize being "Healthy Weigh For Life!" Congratulations to Heather Rekucki!!! You worked hard and left last night with a priceless gift! So happy for you!
