We're Going on a Camp Out!


The Spring Team Challenge theme was revealed on Tuesday as Glenda drug her GIANT chair out to prepare for the "Camp Out!" We've got 2 weeks left on the mountain and more climbing to do to reach the summit but at The Healthy Weigh, we're ALWAYS looking ahead!
Sometimes to reach a goal you need to push and stretch and strain, other times you need to re-fuel, re-fresh and re-focus! That's what we'll be doing on the "Camp Out." We teach balance at The Healthy Weigh and we'll be demonstrating it during our Spring Team Challenge!

I did all I could this week to inspire and motivate our clients to NEVER GIVE UP! Reaching goal weight and keeping it off for life is not an easy task, but if we stick together, and continue to work the program, we'll see life changing, permanent results! Many of our teams signed up for our Spring Team Challenge yesterday! We're going on a "Camp Out" and it's going to great!

Congratulations to some repeat winners this week! At noon Jeremy and Kimberli, team 'Pirates of the Caribiners' took the win with a 1.71% of weight loss! Kimberli met her 100 pound weight loss mark last week and she dropped another 5 pounds this week!! AWESOME! Arty, from team 'Fireball,' won the over night stay for the noon group! Cool Arty!

At 6PM Jim and Jackie of team 'Aint No Mountain High Enough' won again with a 2.04 % for the week! We haven't heard them sing their song yet, but there's still time! Jim also won the over night stay at the Monaco Hotel this week! "Winning" that's what I think of when I look at Jim!!! :-)

Mingma share a bit about the 12 step program Tuesday. She believes that there are 3 very important necessary steps to experiencing weight loss for life:
1. Admitting you are powerless over food and submitting to a higher power.
2. Brutal and complete honesty with yourself, others and God, as you understand him.
3. Accountability.

We've completed the review of all 6 of our lessons on our CD series. We thanked Mingma for her additional teachings that have helped us so much!

We've got weeks of important camp prep before the CAMP OUT.

March 27th, Camp Ranger Nancy will teach a cooking class at noon and 6 PM

April 3rd, Glenda and I will be team teaching at noon and 6 PM

April 10th, I will be giving the Program Introduction Class at noon and 6 PM for all the participants of the Spring Team Challenge!
( all three Tuesdays I will be sharing all the information about the Team Challenge at 30 minute "infomercials" at 11:00 AM and 7pm for friends and family to hear the details about the upcoming challenge!

April 17th will be our first weigh in of our Spring Team Challenge "CAMP OUT!"

We've got two powerful weeks ahead with great things planned to reach the summit! We've also got great plans for the future at The Healthy Weigh. Stay courageous, keep a good attitude, don't be afraid to change and never...never...never give up! See you at the top!
